EDI/ECOMM Customer Service Representative
Pull and process orders from Electronic Data and Website portals. Resolve customer issues as they arise. Heavy Data Entry with extreme attention to detail. Assist in answering phone lines.
Requirements include excellent PC/written skills and proficiency in Excel. Sage/Quickbooks experience is a plus.
