THE GARLAND COUNTY CIRCUIT CLERK'S OFFICE
has an immediate opening for the position of Deputy Circuit/Criminal Division Assistant.
This employee provides support services to the Criminal Division Supervisor in the Circuit Clerk's Office as needed and assistance to Circuit Court, Prosecutors, Attorneys, and the general public with information for criminal, civil, and circuit court cases. Responsibilities include filing and recording numerous documents/pleadings to ensure the legality of all supporting and required documents. These documents include, but are not limited to, financial statements, deeds and mortgages, pleadings, various court orders, appeals, transcript judgments, divorce records, child support documents, powers of attorney, etc. Collecting and receipting of child support payments and filing fees, filing, ledger entry and typing are also requirements of this position. In addition, the employee prepares various reports; maintains filing, indexing, and prepares Docket sheets for new cases; assembles and deliver/pickup files to and from Judges' offices.
Depending on experience, salary will range from $25,000 to $27,000 annually.
